Originally thought of as a wine bar for people that also like good food, Hotel Biron has shed that image and has become much more. In fact it has become one of the most popular nightspots in all of San Francisco.
Sitting between the hustle and bustle of Market and clamor of Hayes, Hotel Biron offers its patrons a simple yet sophisticated hideaway. With its exposed brick face and Italian limestone plaster walls, you will swear that you have been whisked away to the Manhattan neighborhood of Tribeca.
Of course it wouldn't be complete without an extensive wine list and Hotel Biron does not disappoint as it offers 85 different vintages. For those that aren't quite sure what they are looking for, feel free to sample the 35 bottles that are offered by the glass.
While most clubs serve bar food such as hot wings, nachos, hot dogs, hamburgers. Hotel Biron takes a little bit more of a sophisticated approach. It offers nine different cheeses, four types of caviar and three different types of truffles as well as a variety of olives and other sundries.
