Yosemite Valley & National Park

The spectacular Yosemite ValleyFor those that are staying in San Francisco and wanting to get in touch with nature, the Yosemite Valley & National Park is the trip of a lifetime.

Be prepared to get up a little early as the bus picks guests up right outside their hotel room at sunrise. After a quick break for snacks in the Central Valley, the tour bus then makes its way towards the glacier carved Sierra Nevada Mountains and one of the country's most amazing national parks.

The four hour tour begins with a one hour guided tour of El Capitan and Bridalveil Falls. Three hours are allotted for guests to take in all of the sights, shopping and dinning of the Yosemite Valley. Some highlights of the tour includes Glacier's Point which features some of the most breath taking views of the Yosemite Valley and high country, the giant Sequoias in Mariposa Grove and Half Dome which has become a symbol of the park. Half Dome is 4,000 feet tall and is one of the most recognizable landmarks in the Yosemite Valley.

The tour ends just in time for the tour bus to race the sun across the sky as it sets in the bay and drops you back off in front of your hotel.

Whether you are a nature lover, just want to learn more about the wonderous Yosemite or are just dying to get out of the city for the day, the Yosemite Valley & National Park is just what the doctor ordered.
